Javecan

Javecan is the son  of Rassilon and Tecteun after finding her adopted daughter and after the experiments on her and cracking the code for regeneration, then tested it on herself and regenerating for her first time now him. Rassilon when he regenerated for the first time regenerated into a her. Tecteun now a man and Rassilon now a woman explored their new selves. And fell in love with each other. They have after a month given birth to a baby boy and named him Javecan. They raised Javecan and he grew up with a half sister who works for division.

She has a Sonic gavle and wears red leather clothes with steel Gallifreyan symbols on it. Her TARDIS is stuck in the disguise of a cottage.
