The Jareicer

A race of cloned Time Lord's and Time Ladies from Gallifrey and all of the Doctor's human companions across the years. They have all of the looks of the people these new Time Lord's and Time Ladies and the Doctor's companions DNA they are made from. They have a 7 regeneration count limit which means 8 incarnations with the ability to request a whole new regeneration cycle or a singular regeneration. They live on a Earth and Gallifrey together looking planet called Coualitrey. Their home planet of the new Time Lord's and Time Ladies is in the Space next to where Gallifrey was and the moon of Karn. The Jareicer is a proud graduate of Meidastourey academy where he took the title of The Jareicer and a promise to never be frightful and to never surrender and to always have optimism in the face of uncertainty. He took a TARDIS type 486 to masaline in the 50th century for fifty years after the societies founding. He stayed for a few years and got to really love the people on this planet, and that they will need some protecting. He had his TARDIS stuck in the disguise of a wardrobe closet. He has the look of the fifth Doctor and Peri Brown with some of Sarah Jane Smith and the fourth Doctor with some features of the 4 people's he's made from. His height is five foot eight inches tall and he is dressed in a gray short sleeve shirt, a blue short sleeve jacket, light brown jeans, and yellow converse all stars. He has a sonic key that he made from a Stazer, a pen light, a laser pointer, a cellphone, and a wrist watch. He saves masaline from all kinds of threats and the universe at large and Time.
